Betty Jackson Passes First Time Aged 70

14th December 2010

Many congratulations to Betty Jackson. Betty who lives in Wivenhoe passed her driving test FIRST time on Tuesday 14th December 2010 in Colchester in an automatic car with Castle a week before her 71st birthday. Betty said "I decided in my late 60's to make a list of all the things I had not yet done and the first on the list was to learn to drive. Passing my driving test has increased my freedom". Well done to her instructors at Castle for all their hard work in getting Betty through her test. It just shows that it doesn't matter how old you are, it is always worth giving something a go!
